Which devices is NexKase compatible with?

NexKase is currently designed exclusively for iPhone models. Please check our compatibility list on the product page to find your exact model before ordering. We are working on expanding compatibility to other devices in the future.

Will NexKase fit my iPhone with a screen protector?

Yes, NexKase is designed to be fully compatible with most screen protectors without affecting the fit or the charging performance.

How do I charge my phone with NexKase?

Simply snap your NexKase onto your iPhone and press the button on the back of the case to start charging. Your phone will automatically receive up to 10W of power. No cables needed.

How do I charge the NexKase itself?

Simply plug in your NexKase using a standard iPhone charging cable, just like you would charge your iPhone. No need to remove your phone both your NexKase and your iPhone charge at the same time.

How many times can NexKase fully charge my iPhone?

With its 6800mAh battery, NexKase can provide up to 1.5 full charges for most iPhone models, keeping you powered throughout the entire day.

Can I use my phone normally while NexKase charges it?

Absolutely. You can make calls, browse, stream and use all your apps completely normally while NexKase charges your phone in the background.

Does NexKase protect against drops?

Yes. NexKase is designed to protect your iPhone from everyday drops, scratches and daily wear, combining protection and power in one sleek case.

Does NexKase come in different colors?

NexKase is currently available in black. New colors may be added in the future so stay tuned.

How long does delivery take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over €40. Orders below €40 may be subject to a small shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we will deliver your NexKase straight to your door in less than 11 days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day easy return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your NexKase you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
